Can you give us a quote over the phone?
Short answer: sometimes.
It depends on the complexity of the job. Many times you can simply send us a couple pictures and we can give you an accurate estimate, but other cases require a site visit. Give us a call to find out!
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Generally yes! In most cases the warranty is 1 year for repair work (for example, a spot repair on a leak), 6 years for water heater installs, 10 years for whole house repipes, and 3 years on other fixture replacements. Due to the many variables involved in drain clogs, we treat unclogging jobs on a case by case basis.
I found another company/guy who is cheaper, can you match their price?
No, we can’t. If you’d like to use the cheaper guy, that’s absolutely your choice. They may be great, or you may end up paying them and then paying us to come out and fix their mistakes! (Happens all the time!) We aim to do the highest quality work at the most reasonable price we can offer.
